By using the services offered by Hussaini Travels on our website [https://hussainitravels.co.uk], you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
The individual making the booking confirms acceptance of all the terms listed below.
Deposits secure your seats for a limited time (from a few hours up to a couple of days, depending on the airline) but do not lock in the fare. To avoid fare increases, we strongly recommend paying the remaining balance promptly. Electronic signing of invoices within 24 hours is considered valid. Please note that this does NOT constitute your E-Ticket.
Ticket prices are not guaranteed until issued. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your return date, and confirm your visa is valid for your destination. We advise reconfirming flights 72 hours before departure and consulting the embassy for any visa requirements.
We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, strikes, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Hussaini Travels reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
Flight tickets are non-refundable. Changes may be possible according to airline policies with applicable fare differences and change fees. Deposits are non-refundable, but the company may issue a credit note or partial refund at its discretion. An administration fee of 10% of the deposit may apply.
Some airlines are not covered under Schedule Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI). Passengers flying with these airlines assume all financial risk in case of failure. Complaints may be emailed to: info@hussainitravels.co.uk.
We recommend arriving at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours for domestic/European flights. Check-in typically closes 1 hour before departure.
Meal requests can be sent to the airline; however, they cannot be guaranteed.
ATOL protects air holidays and flights in the UK. If services are not provided due to insolvency, alternative arrangements or refunds may be covered by the ATOL scheme.
Bookings are governed by English law, while services in Saudi Arabia follow local laws. A deposit of 50% secures the booking, not the price. Flight tickets, hotels, and transport are subject to availability. Passport copies, vaccination certificates, and other documents must be provided. Visa issuance is not guaranteed; no refunds for visa delays or rejections.
Prices fluctuate until full payment. Customers must review tickets, invoices, and documentation carefully. Any changes or omissions must be reported immediately. Installment payments do not secure fixed prices, and individual service rates are charged according to market rates at the time of booking.
Full payment is non-refundable for cancellations after ticket issuance. Partial refunds or alternative options may be offered for services that cannot be provided.
While we strive for accuracy, Hussaini Travels cannot guarantee third-party information. Transport, hotels, and other services are managed by third parties; timing, quality, and availability may differ. Travelers are responsible for complying with local laws, customs, and health requirements. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
